The title says it all. Travel weary, work stressed, sleepless nights: all leads to low tolerance. Then faced with real or perceived contention and thresholds are tested.
This too shall pass, somewhere is the peace that passes understanding. Trust in the sabbath, step back and see the big picture, breath deeply. Apologize. Above all, keep talking to yourself - then at least someone knows whats going on.

Why?
Probably the best therapy is to express yourself. Why do you think psychiatrists make you lie on the couch and talk, while all they do is murmur "hmmm", "uhuh", or "go on"? Archives
